Digital Service NSW store opens in North Sydney

A new cashless digital store has opened in North Sydney as part of Service NSW’s State-wide rollout.

Specialist staff at the digital Service NSW store  will provide customers with information and help them access online transaction services. The North Sydney store is part of a pilot program to give customers more choice in the way they transact with Government.

Minister for Finance and Services Dominic Perrottet said the pilot shows Service NSW is leading the way in bringing Government services closer to the community.

“There are many different types of government transactions which can be done online and this new service will assist customers as well as show them what they can do at a time and place convenient to them,” he said.

He added, “We are delivering on a key commitment to make transacting with government easier as well as improving the digital experience.”

The digital store will enable customers to carry out a range of transactions, including applying for a Seniors Card, renewing a vehicle registration and ordering a National Parks annual pass.

The store will have extended opening hours from 7.30am-6pm on weekdays, and 9am-1pm on Saturdays for added convenience.
